The rules for using the platform, and who is responsible for what.
The platform is a venue for discovery, evaluation and contact between professionals and companies. Any contract, agreement and payment is directly between those two parties; the platform is not a party to it.
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you publish. Claims labelled “self-reported” are your assertion and have not been checked. Presenting false results or experience is sufficient grounds for removing content or suspending the account.
Naming a past client requires that you are permitted to do so. If the work is under an NDA, use the “confidential client” option.
A review can only be written after a recorded and confirmed engagement. Reciprocal, paid or related-account reviews are prohibited and will be removed.
The platform displays no prices and takes no part in pricing. Fees and terms are agreed directly between the company and the professional, off-platform.
The platform is free to use today and no payment provider is connected to it. Any change to that will be communicated to you before it happens.
Search ranking cannot be purchased in any form. Any future paid placement must be clearly labelled as sponsored.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account for fraud, false claims, review manipulation or abuse of messaging.
